Here at Frostbite, we pride ourselves on providing healthy and tasty frozen meals to you and your family. We prepare and create our meals with quality products and take the upmost care in our work to produce a product that will keep you coming back for more. Operating out of a licensed, commercial kitchen, you can be sure your food is safe. Our delivery option brings your good straight to your door for added convenience.
Cancellation:
Frostbite maintains a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel your order, there will be 10% handling fee if cancelled within 24 hours of drop off or pick time. Orders cancelled outside of the 24 hour window will incur no charge.
Allergens:
While we do our best to ensure all allergens are labelled and present in the ingredients list, there is a small possibility that our product may contain trace amounts of unlisted ingredients.
Returns:
Frostbite has a no return policy on items if you change your mind. The reason for this is health and safety. If your goods are damaged or faulty, please take photos as soon as possible and contact us about an exchange or refund.
