Cancellation policy:
Frostbite maintains a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel your order, there will be 10% handling fee if cancelled within 24 hours of drop off or pick time. Orders cancelled outside of the 24 hour window will incur no charge.
Return policy:
Frostbite has a no return policy on items if you change your mind. The reason for this is health and safety. If your goods are damaged or faulty, please take photos as soon as possible and contact us about an exchange or refund.
